1. Services Offered
Paw-Prints provides professional printing services, including but not limited to flyers, business cards, posters, banners, canvas, labels, and custom prints.
2. Orders and Payments
- All orders must be placed through our email, WhatsApp, or in-person.
- Approval of work will be required before any printing is done.
- Any work done and approved by the client holds the client responsible for all charges that have been agreed upon.
- Payment in full is required before any printing or work will commence.
- Immediate payment preferred; work only starts once money reflects in Paw-Prints' account.
- Quotes are valid only for the specified days on the quote, unless stated otherwise.
- Payments are accepted via EFT, COD, and Card Payments.
- Outstanding dues will be handled accordingly. Be it by extension and/or arrangement, it is still the client's due diligence to pay his/her outstanding bill. If no such arrangement has been made or it keeps going for too long, we as Paw-Prints have the right to ask for payment in full, or the accounting and representative of Paw-Prints will handle the case.
3. Design and Proofing
- Customers are responsible for ensuring that submitted designs meet printing requirements.
- Proofs must be reviewed and approved before production begins.
- Once approved, no changes can be made.
4. Turnaround and Delivery
- Standard turnaround time is 3-5 business days. Expedited services may be available at an extra charge.
- Delivery costs are determined based on location and service type.
- Paw-Prints is not responsible for delays due to unforeseen circumstances.
5. Refunds and Returns
- Refunds are only issued for printing errors caused by Paw-Prints.
- No refunds for customer-approved mistakes or incorrect submissions.
- Defective prints must be reported within 2 days of receipt for replacement.
6. Intellectual Property
- Customers must ensure they have the rights to use any submitted materials.
- Paw-Prints is not responsible for copyright or trademark violations.
7. Privacy Policy
- Customer information is used solely for order processing and communication.
- We do not share personal data with third parties.
8. Client-Supplied Goods and Modifications
8.1 Customer-Supplied Items
Supplying of goods delivered from other suppliers other than Paw-Prints to Paw-Prints, as well as customer supplied items:
- We do our utmost best to provide the best quality products on the market, and due to demands and different suppliers that order from the same supplier, products may get damaged.
- We do our best to replace them but being human, we can miss a small defect and accept the product and it is non-returnable.
- We do not take responsibility of customer-supplied products, as it is used signage, and dimensions may differ from standard sizes.
- If a print has been put on a used supplied board, we do a chemical clean first, but sometimes the paint or products used on a sign can cause the new print to fail from not sticking properly.
- Paw-Prints does not take responsibility of these products, and reprints will be charged at full price as the first print won't be able to be reused.
8.2 Size Variations
Products supplied by Paw-Prints can be ±3mm in difference from actual size due to products being supplied, machine manufactured, hemmed, etc.
8.3 Vinyl Application on Existing Surfaces
Vinyl that is put onto existing windows can leave small defects of 1mm to 2mm for trimming on windows or glass panels when branding or tinting windows. We are not responsible for any defects caused by dusty environments, or old windows with defects or cracks in them. We do not remove any seals from the windows for application and do our utmost best to cut as close to the sides.
9. Artwork and Print Responsibility
9.1 Recreation of Artwork
Recreation of artwork will be charged for and reprints.
9.2 Supplied Print-Ready Files
If you have a big print supplied print-ready, we at Paw-Prints do not take any responsibility for the outcome of the print. If it does pixelate, we will communicate to the customer to ask if we should stop the print or to continue (the print will still be ongoing and not be stopped). If no feedback has been provided before the print is finished, the print will be supplied as of original artwork.
If you, the client, do confirm that we need to stop the print, charges will apply accordingly to the wasted material and ink usage.
10. Modifications to Terms
Paw-Prints reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes agreement to any revised terms.
11. Agreement
By placing an order with Paw-Prints, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
